The story of Artemedica began in 2010 when husband and wife team, Dr. Victor Lacombe and Dr. Alice Chiang, had a vision for an elite center of excellence. Before this, they had both being practicing their respective medical practices, Dr. Lacombe as a plastic surgeon and Dr. Chiang as an ophthalmologist, for over 18 years. But they felt that the Santa Rosa cosmetic surgery industry left something to be desired, especially regarding patient experience. 

In 2011, after a year of renovations, the two opened Artemedica on Mendecino Avenue in Santa Rosa. The office would offer both cosmetic surgery, medical spa and day spa services in one location by a team of talented professionals. Over the years, Artemedica has become the premier cosmetic medical center, receiving patients from all over Sonoma County. Their annual open houses are one of the most anticipated events of the fall season with thousands attendings. 

Then, in 2022, Artemedica opened its second location in Healdsburg. 

And once more, in 2023, Artemedica opened its third location right next to their Santa Rosa office in order to provide more services to even more clients.
